Plasterboarding (dry lining) is the foundation of a great plaster finish. - What is dot and dab?
- Dot and dab is a method of fixing plasterboard directly to masonry walls using blobs (dots) of adhesive rather than timber battens. It's fast, effective and widely used in UK new builds and extensions.
- Do you supply the plasterboard?
- We can supply all materials or work from materials you've already purchased. We'll confirm this at quote stage.
- Can you match an existing plaster finish?
- We do our best to match existing finishes, though slight variations are normal between old and new plaster. Once painted, it should be seamless.
